Here at AGM, we are devoted in bringing femxles from all walks of life together to share their stories, successes, failures, and ideas. Founded by Melissa Shrestha, a former - her words not ours; failure.

Melissa is ridiculously passionate about creating communities, friendships, and fostering conversations around taboo and worldly issues. Melissa has built, and is continuously, building a fearless community of individuals who aren't afraid of talking about their failures, mistakes, and shameful past.

By breaking down barriers, and normalising conversations, Melissa hopes AGM can impact womxn, leaders, and individuals from all corners of the globe.
